this is something i always have trouble doing… closed form position and velocity solutions to four-bars are very hairy. luckily, i am not likely to see this on the exam. more likely is a question about the position, velocity, and acceleration of this system at any given point along its path. still, i would like to be able to take this position solution and differentiate it twice without making any errors.
